The Shamoji Server Medium is crafted from a Totara river log and volcanic relix Matai handles, estimated to be from 1800 BC.
The spoon is handcarfted by sculptor-chef, Tom Muir and is designed for everyday cooking as well as treasured possessions with history to be passed down through time. The handle is designed to fit comfortably in your hand and the spoon looks beautiful displayed in your kitchen (don’t hide them away in drawers).
Do not put utensils in the dishwasher. Warm hand wash only please.
