Description
The Cut & Serve Cake Knife has a blade made from Black Maire, one of New Zealand’s hardest timbers and used the by the early Maori for cultivation tools and weaponry. The timber is dense and very capable of cutting so be careful!
These beautiful handcrafted pieces designed by sculptor-chef Tom Muir are designed for functionality and to be displayed with pride and passed on down through the ages to continue its journey. Only salvaged native timbers are used. Do not put utensils in the dishwasher. Warm hand wash only please.
