The Dinky Spoon has a Black Maire scoop and a handle. Black Maire is one of New Zealand’s hardest timbers and used the by the early Maori for cultivation tools and weaponry.
Made by sculptor-chef, Tom Muir these one of a kind pieces are suited to everyday cooking as well as treasured possessions with incredible history to be passed down through the ages. The handles are designed to fit comfortably in your hand and they look beautiful displayed in your kitchen (don’t hide them away in drawers)!
Do not put utensils in the dishwasher. Warm hand wash only please.
