Description
The Index™ Mini is a smaller version of the classic set. Its compact nature makes it suitable for the smallest of kitchens. Though minature in size, you will find the same clever features as in the larger version. For instance, the boards are each labelled and colour coded to prevent cross-contamination. The boards have slightly sloped edges to catch any juices and crumbs, as well as non-slip feet to hold the board in place. The case itself also has a non-slip base and is easy to clean. Index™ chopping boards will not blunt the blades of your knives. Please note the plastic will mark slightly with cuts, alike any chopping board.
