The Joseph Joseph Cut&Carve™ Bamboo is made from tough bamboo and has a clever multi-function design. Suitable for everyday use, this board has a grip area to hold food in place during preparation. It is especially suited to holding meat in place while you carve it. The sloped surface will collect meat juices or other things like crumbs as you slice bread. Joseph Joseph have included “easy-pour” corners to allow you to either dispose of your juices or add them into your gravy. Other useful features include non-slip feet and handles on the sides.
